According to the overall planning scheme of the company's information engineering, after many exchanges and careful research in the early stage, the construction parties of MES, ERP and security monitoring have been determined. The two sides have established a strategic partnership to implement our company's information hardware, network and software engineering.

Establish an enterprise information portal (intranet), highly integrate MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and highly integrate with OA (office automation) and security monitoring system, so as to fully realize the control of enterprise resources and processes, including the business flow between branches and the business flow connection of various departments.

The construction period of MES is two years. Combined with equipment installation and commissioning, the supervision and control of the whole process from raw material incoming, inspection, process manufacturing, tire finished product inspection and inventory are fully realized. The construction period of ERP is one and a half years. While conducting research, implementation and training, ERP products will be fully launched in May 2015. The specific implementation scope of ERP includes Shandong Hongyu Rubber Co., Ltd. (Guangrao Xishui), Dongying Hengyi mould Co., Ltd. (Dongying Development Zone), United Rubber Co., Ltd. (California, USA) and Zhongbao energy (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. (Qingdao, Shandong).

The construction period of security monitoring is about 2 months, including plant safety monitoring, main equipment monitoring of production workshop, safety and fire monitoring of raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse, laboratory confidentiality monitoring, etc. After the completion of the project, it can realize the constant monitoring of computer video and mobile phone. In case of fire, it can automatically trigger the alarm and push the SMS alarm.

The planning and implementation of the above informatization projects will comprehensively improve the informatization and automation management level of the company and improve the overall management efficiency, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the company.
