The fifth Executive Council and presidium meeting of the eighth session of China Rubber Industry Association was held in Qingdao on October 14. More than 150 leaders from leading enterprises in domestic rubber industry and secretaries general of all branches and professional committees of China Rubber Association attended the meeting.

Shen Jinrong, executive chairman of the presidium of China Rubber Association in 2012-2014 and chairman of China policy Rubber Group Co., Ltd., first made a summary report on his term of office. He summarized his work during his two-year term of office from the aspects of improving the core competitiveness of enterprises, the industrialization development of green tires, stabilizing the price of natural rubber, calling for zero tariff on natural rubber imports and the double reverse of tires from the United States to China, And put forward suggestions for future work.

Wang Feng, chairman of Fengshen Tire Co., Ltd., was elected as the executive chairman of the presidium of China Rubber Association in 2014-2016. At the same time, China Rubber Association commended Shen Jinrong, the executive chairman of the former presidium. China Rubber Association believes that during his tenure as the executive chairman of the presidium, Shen Jinrong carefully performed his duties and supported and guided the work of the association in combination with the work of the association and hot and difficult issues in the industry. Especially in stabilizing the price of natural rubber, calling for the abolition of import tariffs on natural rubber, striving to maintain the existing standards of composite rubber and dealing with major events such as the "double reverse" of tires from the United States, he made suggestions and efforts, played an important role and made outstanding contributions to the industry.

新任主席團(tuán)企業(yè)執(zhí)行主席王鋒介紹了我國輪胎行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，分析了行業(yè)的瓶頸和短板、成功的路徑。并表示，將在任期內(nèi)，與行業(yè)企業(yè)一道，齊心協(xié)力，精誠團(tuán)結(jié)，為加速中國由輪胎大國向輪胎強(qiáng)國轉(zhuǎn)變，為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國制造向中國創(chuàng)造的跨越，作出新的更大的貢獻(xiàn)。

中國橡膠工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長鄧雅俐作了“適應(yīng)新常態(tài)，把握新機(jī)遇，促進(jìn)橡膠行業(yè)穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展”的報(bào)告。中橡協(xié)副會(huì)長兼秘書長徐文英就協(xié)會(huì)2014年開展的主要工作及行業(yè)熱點(diǎn)情況作了匯報(bào)。

會(huì)議還分析研究了行業(yè)共同關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。作為美國對華“雙反”強(qiáng)制應(yīng)訴企業(yè)，佳通（樺林）輪胎有限公司總經(jīng)理孫懷建介紹了佳通輪胎公司的應(yīng)訴情況。沈金榮介紹了復(fù)合膠國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定過程的情況，分析了復(fù)合膠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中天然橡膠含量降低將對輪胎行業(yè)產(chǎn)生的重大負(fù)面影響，以及下一步將要開展的應(yīng)對措施。膠管膠帶分會(huì)理事長、青島橡六有限公司總經(jīng)理劉海青介紹了行業(yè)產(chǎn)能過剩和無序競爭情況，希望提高產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度，規(guī)范市場競爭。炭黑分會(huì)理事長、龍星化工股份有限公司董事長劉江山分析了近兩年行業(yè)利潤低下的成因。武漢天黎輪胎有限公司董事長鮑人巧介紹了輪胎經(jīng)銷行業(yè)銷售和庫存情況。軟控股份有限公司董事長、國家橡膠與輪胎工程技術(shù)研究中心常務(wù)副主任袁仲雪介紹了工程技術(shù)中心的業(yè)務(wù)開展情況，呼吁行業(yè)企業(yè)攜手大力加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)研究，加快科技創(chuàng)新步伐，擁有更多自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。
