After the completion of the project, it can provide third-party R & D, testing and certification services for tire enterprises in the region, the province and even the whole country, greatly shorten the product R & D cycle, break the bottleneck of tire core technology, and essentially improve the scientific and technological level of domestic products; Fill the gap that domestic independent tire enterprises have no outdoor tire test site, and become the first open public third-party tire outdoor R & D and testing service platform in China, with an annual sales revenue of 115 million yuan and profit and tax of 11 million yuan.
