Therefore, in this scorching and passionate June, in order to protect Hongyu people from hidden dangers and lay a solid foundation for Hongyu's development, the safety and environment department specially plans to hold a series of "safety production month" activities.

1、 Big action to eliminate hidden dangers

Safety work is a work without end. In production, it is inevitable that there are potential safety hazards, but if the potential safety hazards are not investigated and rectified, they may break out at any time. The attendant may be crying, blood and tears, the broken family, the mire of the enterprise, and even the unbearable weight of the society. Therefore, the investigation of potential safety hazards needs to be carried out unremittingly. Based on this, the safety and environment department called on all departments to participate in the "action to eliminate hidden dangers", mobilize the masses, actively carry out the action to eliminate hidden dangers, make reports and write summaries. On the one hand, check the existing hidden danger factors and eliminate the hidden danger in the bud; On the other hand, we should promote good experiences and good practices, transform short-term effective measures and practices into long-term and regular working mechanisms, and further consolidate the effectiveness of activities.

The responsibility for safe production is heavier than Mount Tai. To this end, the safety and environment department carefully planned and arranged nine films on safety production, organized employees to watch films such as survival day and inventory of typical cases of production safety accidents, encouraged employees to write their feelings or awareness of safety, and enabled employees to think and experience the importance of safety from the bottom of their hearts. In the work, consciously abide by the operating procedures without negligence and carelessness. Whenever there is a problem with the equipment, do not operate blindly, turn off the switch and then eliminate the hidden dangers, improve the employees' self-safety awareness and truly develop good safety literacy. There is a classic case in the behavioral circle: behavioral scholars analyze and compare two teams with similar aspects. The first team emphasizes discipline, inspection, supervision and severe punishment, and the second team also attaches importance to discipline, supervision and inspection, but it is much less than the first team. The second team emphasizes individual safety literacy, safety education, learning Perception. After two years, scholars found that the difference between the two teams increased. Although the two teams worked in a neat and orderly manner, the personnel of the second team were more proactive than those of the first team. In two years, four accidents occurred in the first team and only one accident occurred in the second team.
