After full investigation and demonstration, through improving the land layout and structure, compressing non production facilities and improving the plot ratio, the actual land area is 300 mu. Only this item can save at least 30 million yuan.

While reducing the newly occupied land, the company continues to increase investment, improve the land plot ratio, do not engage in garden factories, and ask for space above and underground by building double-layer standard plants and automatic logistics circulation system, so as to improve the output of unit land. At present, the company has 147000 square meters of double-layer plant, three-layer plant and underground plant, with a plot ratio of 0.82 and an increase of 1.5 billion yuan per unit land output. At the same time, the establishment of the automatic logistics circulation system can realize the automatic circulation management of the whole line from the gutter in the tire self vulcanization area through the edge trimming, appearance inspection, automatic code scanning, automatic weighing, X-ray machine detection to the storage management of the warehouse by specifications, which can reduce the land occupation, reduce the labor intensity of employees and greatly improve the work efficiency. The project was completed and put into operation in September 2013, with an annual sales revenue of 5 billion yuan and profit and tax of 500 million yuan.
